Windermere Foundation
The Windermere Foundation was created by Windermere Real Estate for the purpose of raising and providing funds to support assistance programs for low-income and homeless families in each of our communities throughout the West. What started in 1989 as a grassroots foundation serving families in need in Washington state, has grown to eight states and has raised more than 12 million for programs and organizations that provide shelter, clothing, children’s programs, emergency assistance and other services to those who need our help the most.
The Windermere Foundation is just one of many programs that demonstrates the unique character of our agents. In addition to the funds donated form each transaction, many agents give above and beyond that amount each year. This amazing generosity and compassion has made our Foundation one of strength that continues to make a difference in the lives of families in our communities.
Dan Wong’s Commitment: A minimum of $100.00 contribution per real estate transaction towards the Windermere Foundation.
